- Download copies of signed contracts and paid invoices you must retain
- Screenshot or export automation workflows you want to rebuild
- Note pipeline stages and any custom fields you rely on
2. Set up OnBrio foundation
- Company profile, logo, brand colors
- Payment method (Stripe) for invoicing
- Team seats and roles

3. Import clients and clean records
