OnBrio is a business management platform for agencies and freelancers, providing tools for client management, project tracking, invoicing, proposals, contracts, and automation.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share account access with unauthorized parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OnBrio to violate laws, transmit harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your workspace data remains your property. OnBrio retains rights to the platform software and branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnBrio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
