Connect your domain
Add a CNAME record pointing portal.yourdomain.com to OnBrio. Takes 5 minutes. SSL is provisioned automatically.

Upload your logo and set your colors
Go to Settings → Branding. Upload your logo (SVG or PNG), set your hex color, and choose your preferred font.

Configure your email domain
Add your sending domain in Settings → Email. OnBrio guides you through the SPF/DKIM records. All client emails then send from hello@youragency.com.

Invite your first client
Send a portal invite. Your client lands on your branded domain, sees your logo, and experiences your platform — OnBrio is invisible.

The client portal (fully branded domain and logo), all email notifications (sent from your domain with your logo), all PDF documents (proposals, contracts, invoices), and the login experience. The only OnBrio branding that remains is in your own admin dashboard — your clients never see it.
A custom domain is required for the portal URL (e.g., portal.youragency.com). For email branding, you need a custom email domain too. Both are straightforward DNS configurations — OnBrio provides step-by-step instructions and provisions SSL automatically for your portal domain.
White-label features — custom domain, logo, and branded emails — are included in the Agency plan ($69/mo) and Studio plan ($149/mo). The Solo plan ($29/mo) includes your logo on documents but uses the OnBrio portal subdomain.
Not if they don't know to look. The portal is on your domain, emails come from your address, PDFs have your letterhead, and no OnBrio branding appears anywhere in the client-facing experience. Some agencies use OnBrio to power a platform they present as their own proprietary client management system.
